Leah Fine

Leah is Head of People at Unusual Ventures, where she is responsible for supporting the Unusual team and investing deeply in the experience and growth of our team members. Prior to joining Unusual, Leah was VP of People at brightwheel, the first all-in-one software platform for preschools and childcare providers. Leah was a member of the executive team, and oversaw all aspects of the employee journey and people strategy as brightwheel scaled from 50 to 500 team members. Prior to brightwheel, Leah was a management consultant at Bain & Company. Outside of work, she loves hiking, traveling, and spending time with her daughter, husband, and rescue dog.
