University Founder Fellowship Application
We're excited to review your application to the University Founder Fellowship! There are two parts to our written application:
1. The Company Information Form — This form, which is on the righthand side of this page, is your team's primary application submission. You should complete this form as a team and each of your responses should be no longer than 200 words.
2. The Individual Information Form — You'll receive a link to this form via email after you submit the Company Information Form. Each team member will need to individually complete this second form in order for your team's application to be complete.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the final deadline: January 1, 2023. If your application is selected to move forward, we will invite your team to interview with a member of our investment team before a final decision is made.
