We are thrilled to celebrate Team Connectly on their $7.85 million Series A. This milestone is a testament to the vision and technical abilities of Co-founders Stefanos Loukakos and Yandong Liu and the whole team of world-class builders who have created the leader in conversational commerce. 

Together they’ve built an AI-powered tool for businesses to message with customers across channels that is as technologically advanced as it is impactful for its buyers. The team continues to innovate on a brilliant product and generate strong customer traction, with clients including Clarins, Cadbury, and Modelez International.

Prior to founding Connectly, Stefanos led Facebook’s Messenger business and was a country director for Google. Yandong previously worked as CTO of Strava and in AI engineering for Uber. As with most great companies, these founders had a strong insight of how the world was changing, and a specific vision for how companies could take advantage of that shift with the right tools. That insight propelled Stefanos and Yandong to make the leap and start working several years ago with companies to build the AI-powered platform they need to communicate in a more personalized way with their customers.

Connectly allows brands to build a relationship with their customers that's deeper than any one channel. The result is a simple plug-and-play solution that allows businesses large and small to deliver the right message to customers on the right channel at the right time. Connectly enables brands to automate two-way personalized conversations at scale using AI, allowing for improved customer experience and deeper customer loyalty across any messaging platform.

Analu Partel is head of new business at Lojas Renner, the largest fashion retailer in Brazil. As a Connectly customer, he says the company is uniquely poised to become a transformative force in retail and e-commerce industries around the world. “Winning brands will be those that can meet customers where they are — and today that is increasingly on messaging platforms.
