He’s led talent teams at nearly every stage and type of tech company – from Google and Amazon to breakout startups like AppDynamics, where he helped 6x the team during its acquisition by Cisco. Jon also rebuilt the global recruiting function at Silver Spring Networks to support the company’s international expansion. Beyond sourcing exceptional talent, Jon brings deep operational expertise to technical recruiting, making top-tier hiring more repeatable and efficient. Jon holds a degree in political science from the University of Arizona and lives with his wife in the Bay Area.
