Doug is an Operating Partner at Unusual.  He is focused on helping founders build a repeatable go-to-market machine that accelerates their revenue curve.   He is passionate about building winning sales organizations with incredible cultures.  Prior to Unusual, Doug lead sales organizations at Podium, Liftoff Mobile (acquired by Blackstone), Google, and Wildfire Interactive (acquired by Google).  In his free time, Doug loves biking, hiking, and skiing his way through the Wasatch Mountains and spending time with his wife and three kids.  He's also a huge rugby fan.
