Robbie Th’ng

Robbie is the VP of Customer Development at Unusual, where he helps founders zero in on product-market fit, finding the early users who can shape what comes next. A longtime builder of developer-first products, Robbie has led product teams at HashiCorp, Heroku, Cloudability, and CloudZero that solve real engineering pain. His obsession with building for specific, opinionated users began early, first at Realtime Worlds and later at Blizzard, where his love for games met the realities of building systems that players actually want to use. Today, he uses that instinct to help startups stress-test their ideas before the market does. Robbie holds a degree from the University of Glasgow and lives in Portland with his partner.
