I came here to watch a great entrepreneur and great investor build something special. I joined to surround myself with high-caliber operators and investors to help early-stage companies when they need it the most.
Working with smart founders, a talented GAP team, and the chance to watch/help multiple companies from 0 to 1 in a short amount of time.
Do as much of the early selling as possible. Not just talking to customers, but trying to sell. The more you hear the responses to outreach, objections, and hesitations, the better equipped you will be to improve outcomes quickly and understand the type of sales folks you need to bring in.
Working with founders to define their ICP and personas, test new markets, identify and convert design partners, building pipeline and closing deals, rolling out pricing and packages, and interviewing talent.
